  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns for cosmetic damage caused by the customer or mishandling will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
  • Partial refunds may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition or missing accessories.

Replacement Policy

  • For defective or damaged items, we offer full replacement of the same model (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof of the defect.

Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, Laptopscity.com covers all return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
  • All returns must include the original invoice or purchase receipt.
